★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa administradora deixa muito a desejar, venho acompanhando o seu trabalho a três anos e sinceramente, o trabalho deles é péssimo, são extremamente burocráticos em um período onde novas empresas estão ganhando clientela por facilitar a vida das pessoas. Sugiro tentarem seguir o exemplo, não sei como esse tipo de empresa ainda sobrevive nos dias de hoje, você que esta pensando em contrata-los, procure outras opções, o tipo de serviço que essa empresa oferece não merece o percentual que eles cobram pelo seu trabalho mal feito. Não só eu mais muitos outros proprietários do meu prédio estão bem insatisfeitos.
Não é atoa que sua avaliação aqui não chega nem em 4 estrelas, pra mim, se chegar em duas estrelas é muito. PÉSSIMO!!!
