Levei nesta péssima loja apenas para atualizar o sistema operacional, meu notebook era antigo mas estava na caixa sem uso, novíssimo.
Teclado ZERO KM, quando fui buscar, o teclado estava velho, desbotado e não funcionava.
Cheguei a ir no PROCON JF, o Procon me orientou a buscar pequenas causas, mas como tive que vir pra SP não foi possível.
Não INDICO A NINGUÉM....
mas se vc for nesta loja FOTOGRAFE TUDO antes de deixar seu aparelho nela.
I hated this store and I don't recommend it to anyone, see what happened to my notebook:
I took it to this terrible store just to update the operating system, my notebook was old but was in the box unused, brand new.
ZERO KM keyboard, when I went to get it, the keyboard was old, faded and didn't work.
I even went to PROCON JF, Procon guided me to look for small claims, but as I had to come to SP it was not possible.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE....
but if you go to this store, PHOTOGRAPH EVERYTHING before leaving your device there.
