★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou aguardando resultados de mamografia e ultrasson faz mais de 40 dias, estive na unidade pra reclamar e disseram q tiveram problemas nos arquivos e pediram pra aguardar q entrariam em contato, entraram em contato via WhatsApp a mais de 1 semana atrás para eu refazer os exames e pediram pra re agendar mas não me responderam até hj qdo devo voltar. Vou tentar fazer em outro local pois nessa clínica de m3rd4 não volto mais!
 I've been waiting for mammogram and ultrasound results for more than 40 days, I was in the unit to complain and they said they had problems with the files and asked to wait for them to get in touch, they got in touch via WhatsApp more than 1 week ago for me to redo the exams and they asked to reschedule but they didn't answer me until today when I should go back. I'll try to do it in another place because in this m3rd4 clinic I won't be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepção cheia nem parece que estamos em plena pandemia,parece que marcaram todos no mesmo horário, foram 2 horas e meia lá, fui fazer exame teste ergometrico só tinha uma esteira funcionando, a profissional que colocou os eletrodos, fora de posição, teve que tirar e reposicionar e recomeçar, quando estava finalizando a profissional já chamou outra paciente, pra já medir a pressão dela, enquanto eu finalizava meu exame, e a profissional que estava no computador, falou pra outra colocar os eletrodos, no lugar correto e a profissional que colocou errado em mim, falou que coloca naquele lugar porque acha que é o lugar certo, eu acho que se fosse não tinha dado errado em mim, uma hora não estava registrando outra hora pararam a esteira pra tirar e colocar denovo, doeu muito minha pele está dolorida e vermelha não indico a ninguém esse lugar

Razoável, para simples retirada de um resultado é muito moroso. Segue o protocolo do COVID-19,. com aferição de temperatura e álcool em gel. Como meu convênio médico não dá pra opção sou obrigado a usar aqui.
15/ out/2021-Demora para retirada de exames continua, não vou em outro local pois o convênio não proporciona isso. Estimativa de 40 minutos, parece haver poucos funcionários. Se você puder faça outros convênio.
Já tive problemas de chegar para fazer um exame e ser informar que o equipamento "quebrou", sem ser avisado.
Local tem instalações razoáveis.
??? Na descrição do proprietário o atendimento de qualidade do pode ser uma piada! ( É sério ao editar estou rindo mesmo???).

Reasonable, to simply withdraw a result is very time consuming. Follows the COVID-19 protocol. with temperature measurement and gel alcohol. As my medical insurance does not give the option, I am obliged to use it here.
15/Oct/2021-Delay for removal of exams continues, I don't go anywhere else because the health insurance does not provide this. Estimated 40 minutes, there seems to be few employees. If you can make other agreements.
I've had problems arriving for an exam and being informed that the equipment "broke", without being told.
Location has reasonable facilities.
??? In the description of the owner the quality service can be a joke! (I'm serious when editing, I'm really laughing???).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, a primeira vez marquei uma ultrassom pelo telefone e chegando lá disseram que eu não tinha marcado mas só sai de lá depois que fui atendida.
Dia 09 agora liguei marquei outra ultrassom para hoje dia 12 pois estou com 34 semanas e tenho que acompanhar o peso por semana por causa da Glicemia, chegando lá a atendente disse que não atendem mais meu convênio. Como pelo telefone marcam o exame, uma bagunça dessa é uma falta de respeito.
Terrible service, the first time I booked an ultrasound over the phone and when I got there they said I hadn't scheduled it but I only left there after I was answered.
On the 9th, I called and scheduled another ultrasound for today, the 12th, because I'm 34 weeks old and I have to monitor my weight a week because of the blood glucose, and when I got there, the attendant said that they no longer meet my health insurance. As they schedule the exam over the phone, such a mess is a lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, desde a recepção até o médico que realiza ultrassonografia...Não orientam os pacientes e parece estar fazendo favores... Não indico jamais! Prefiro ir para São Bernardo, Santo André ou qualquer outro lugar do que perder meu tempo novamente com esse laboratório...
Os profissionais que exercem suas funções lá deveriam ver as reclamações e tentar mudar o atendimento, mas isso infelizmente não acontece e tbm não irão tomar providências..
Se tivesse nota -10, eu daria com toda certeza!
Terrible service, from reception to the doctor who performs ultrasound... They don't guide patients and seem to be doing favors... I never recommend them! I'd rather go to São Bernardo, Santo André or anywhere else than waste my time with this lab again...
The professionals who perform their duties there should see the complaints and try to change the service, but this unfortunately does not happen and they will not take action either.
If it had a -10, I would definitely give it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no local em duas ou três ocasiões diferentes para a realização de exames de diferentes especialidades, desde exames de coleta a exames cardiológicos e ultrassonografias. O atendimento dos funcionários e do corpo clínico no geral e bom. Não tenho do que me queixar a respeito da equipe médica e da enfermagem. A depender do dia e horário, porém, o atendimento pode ser bastante demorado (minha permanência máxima foi de aprox. 3 horas para exames de coleta e ultrassom). O horário de entrega dos resultados também é bem pouco flexível para quem trabalha na semana em horário comercial, o que pode ser um problema no caso dos exames cujos resultados não são disponibilizados pela internet.

The service of the staff and the clinical staff in general is good. I have nothing to complain about the medical and nursing staff. Depending on the day and time, however, the service can be quite lengthy (my maximum stay was approx. 3 hours for collection and ultrasound exams). The time of delivery of the results is also very inflexible for those who work during the week during business hours, which can be a problem in the case of exams whose results are not available on the internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamento, gosto de elogiar quando é possível. Mas além da demora no atendimento (equipe pequena para a demanda atual), presenciei em duas ocasiões, paciente fora do controle discutindo com atendente e responsável do setor.
No meu caso, minha esposa fez mamografia, pegou as imagens, mas protocolo do laudo ficou "a partir de 13/05". Minha esposa foi retirar em 16/05....nada. Meu filho foi em 18/05....nada. Fui em 20/05....nada. Foi preciso "engrossar" e falar com a responsável Elisangela. Só foi possível pegar hoje, segunda 23/05.
Foi muito desgastante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência. Fui fazer meu ultrassom morfológico que o médico do pré Natal passou. Fiquei horas para ser atendida. O médico nem conversou comigo. Fez meu ultrassom de pé, falou uns números para a mocinha auxiliar. E o ultrassom não durou 20 minutos. Ao receber o resultado meu exame deu alterado. Deu líquido amniótico abaixo do limite, placenta grau 2 sendo que eu ainda estava com 22 semanas. minhas semanas estavam erradas. Fiquei mal com aquele resultado. Quando fui no meu médico do pré Natal o meu médico ficou indignado porque o mínimo que o médico do ultrassom tinha que ter feito uma observação porque isso é sério. O meu medido do pré Natal fez o pedido novamente do exame e pediu para que eu refizesse o meu exame em outra clínica confiável. Repeti o meu exame em outra clínica. E deu tudo ok meu exame. Meu líquido estava normal, minha placenta estava grau 0 e minhas semanas estavam corretas. Esse médico da notrelabs merecia um processo por ter feito o exame pelas coxas e deu tudo alterado. Além de mexer com o psicológico do paciente ele pode prejudicar no diagnóstico.
Não volto mais nessa clínica.
I had a bad experience. I went to do my morphological ultrasound that the pre-Christmas doctor gave me. I spent hours to be served. The doctor didn't even talk to me. He did my ultrasound while standing up, said some numbers to the young assistant. And the ultrasound didn't last 20 minutes. When I received the result, my exam was altered. I had amniotic fluid below the limit, grade 2 placenta and I was still 22 weeks old. my weeks were wrong. I felt bad about that result. When I went to my prenatal doctor, my doctor was outraged because the least the ultrasound doctor had to have made an observation because this is serious. My prenatal measurement re-ordered the exam and asked me to retake my exam at another reliable clinic. I repeated my exam at another clinic. And my exam was ok. My fluid was normal, my placenta was grade 0 and my weeks were correct. This notrelabs doctor deserved a lawsuit for having done the exam through the thighs and everything changed. In addition to messing with the patient's psychological, it can harm the diagnosis.
I will not go back to this clinic again.
