O atendimento é horrível.
Cheguei lá pra retirar um óculos que tinha sido consertado. Não tinha cliente na loja, além de um cara uniformizado.
Ele olhou pra mim, me ignorou, foi correndo lá pra trás do balcão, meio que fugido, e fingiu mexer em óculos na vitrine, enquanto chamava o outro cara que tava lá no fundo no petshop.
O outro cara foi chamar ainda outra mulher que também tava lá atrás no pet.
Eu disse que queria retirar o óculos, ela só pegou o papel de retirada, pegou o oculos e me entregou num saquinho plástico.
Não assinei nada, não me deu papel nenhum... E o óculos nem é meu.
Não recomendo.

The service is horrible.
I got there to remove a pair of glasses that had been repaired. There were no customers in the store, apart from a guy in uniform.
He looked at me, ignored me, ran behind the counter, kind of running away, and pretended to fiddle with glasses in the window, while calling the other guy who was in the back of the petshop.
The other guy went to call yet another woman who was also back in the pet.
I said I wanted to remove the glasses, she just took the withdrawal paper, took the glasses and gave it to me in a plastic bag.
I didn't sign anything, didn't give me any paper... And the glasses aren't even mine.
I do not recommend.
