★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando funciona é "ok!", mas se você precisar d um atendimento especial, algo mais sério, que dê mais trabalho para resolver, eles vão fingir que você não existe, vão apenas dizer "os técnicos estão verificando", se sua região possui mais de uma opção, pesquise com seus vizinhos antes de ir de cara na Novainfo, infelizmente é a única no meu bairro então, sento e choro na calçada esperando algum outro provedor passar na rua e falar "precisa de internet fibra!?"
When it works is "ok!" But if you need a special care, something more serious, give more work to solve, they will pretend you do not exist, they will just say "technicians are checking" if your region has more of an option, research with your neighbors before going to face Novainfo, unfortunately it's the only one in my neighborhood so I sit and cry on the sidewalk waiting for some other provider to pass the street and say "fiber internet needs!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No início o atendimento é ótimo, depois fica uma porcaria. É uma falta de respeito tremenda com o cliente. Os serviços prestados são péssimos. E resoluções pior ainda. Só para passar estresse... Me arrependi profundamente.
Não recomendo...
In the beginning the service is great, then it is crap. It is a tremendous lack of respect for the customer. The services provided are terrible. And even worse resolutions. Just to pass stress ... I deeply regretted it.
I do not recommend...
