★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui buscar um exame de raio X que era para estar pronto, veio faltando um parte do exame (porque devido a péssima qualidade simplesmente não imprimiram, no entanto também não me avisaram sobre isso e se recusaram a imprimir depois dizendo que o exame não havia sido feito - o que era uma mentira absurda pois eu havia feito sim). Após muitas horas "encontraram" meu exame no sistema com uma qualidade tão ruim que era impossível ser avaliada pelo médico e tive que refazer o exame e esperarem laudar, perdi um dia todo de trabalho na sala de espera por falta de profissionalismo e de competência do responsável pela conferência e entrega do raioX e da clinica +nove.
Obs1: Cheguei na clínica para buscar o exame por volta das 14h30, cheguei em casa, vi que faltava uma parte do exame e imediatamente retornei a clínica, da qual só consegui sair as 18h30 com tudo resolvido.
Obs2: No mesmo dia, enquanto eu aguardava para procurarem meu exame no sistema uma senhora também aguardava encontrarem a impressão dos exames dela que haviam sido perdidos também e ao invés de imprimirem uma segunda via os funcionários a deixaram esperando até que eles encontrassem mesmo ela pedindo que reimprimissem de vida ao tempo de espera que ela já estava ali e por ela precisar voltar pra cidade dela antes de anoitecer.
I went to get an X-ray exam that was supposed to be ready, a part of the exam was missing (because due to the poor quality they simply didn't print, however they also didn't warn me about it and refused to print later saying that the exam had not been done - which was an absurd lie because I had done it). After many hours they "found" my exam in the system with such bad quality that it was impossible to be evaluated by the doctor and I had to retake the exam and wait for the report, I lost a whole day of work in the waiting room due to the lack of professionalism and competence of the responsible for the conference and delivery of the X-ray and the clinic +nine.
Note1: I arrived at the clinic to pick up the exam at around 2:30 pm, arrived home, saw that part of the exam was missing and immediately returned to the clinic, which I only managed to leave at 6:30 pm with everything resolved.
Note2: On the same day, while I was waiting to look for my exam in the system, a lady was also waiting to find the print of her exams that had been lost too and instead of printing a duplicate, the employees left her waiting until they found her asking for it. that they reprinted from life to the waiting time she was already there and because she needed to get back to her city before nightfall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Será que é tão difícil para a atendente, ao entregar a senha numérica com nosso nome, dizer: espere no primeiro andar E entregue os documentos para atendente? Não, falou apenas : só aguardar no primeiro andar que chamam. Fiquei esperando lá e perdi meia hora sem ninguém chamar. Não sou obrigado a saber os procedimentos se não me instruem. Muita burocracia e desorganização para um serviço pago!

No, he just said: just wait on the first floor that they call. I was waiting there and wasted half an hour without anyone calling. I am not required to know the procedures if I am not instructed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui agendado para as 11h e fui atendido quase as 12h. O local é bem organizado, mas pelo valor do exame eles tinham que programar melhor para não ficarmos esperando tanto tempo.
I was scheduled for 11:00 am and was seen at almost 12:00. The place is well organized, but for the cost of the exam they had to schedule it better so we wouldn't have to wait so long.

Funcionárias que me atenderam foram muito cordiais. O único problema foi o estacionamento que não tinha vaga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer um exame de Mamografia e , na hora do exame você entra já na sala do aparelho , não tem uma bata para usar , você fica só de calcinha no frio do ar- condicionado, não tem protetor de tireoide. A moça que opera a máquina, foi verificar a imagem em outra sala e , para você não ficar exposta na sala , tem que usar a sua própria roupa para se cobrir. Não gostei da clínica, muito precária.
I went for a Mammography exam and, at the time of the exam, you enter the machine room, you don't have a gown to wear, you just wear your underwear in the cold air-conditioning, you don't have thyroid protector. The girl who operates the machine went to check the image in another room and, in order for you not to be exposed in the room, you have to use your own clothes to cover yourself. I did not like the clinic, very precarious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 31jan2022, exame de RNM. Não foi a primeira vez que lá estive. Já conheço as instalações desde qdo se chamava " clínica 9 de Julho".
Pontos positivos: ampliação do estacionamento, agora com área coberta; atendimento na recepção foi rápido; espera para início do exame foi curta; atendimento das profissionais da radiologia muito bom.
Pontos negativos: apenas 7 poltronas na primeira recepção, e extremamentes desconfortáveis, ao menos para mim, que tenho problemas por toda coluna. Analiso da seguinte maneira: se alguém vai lá para fazer um exame de imagem, algum desconforto a pessoa já tem, então, o mínimo de se esperar, é que tenha um local que não piore mais a situação enquanto não é chamado para realizar o exame; banheiro poderia estar mais limpo; a máquina de RNM tb precisa de uma limpeza mais apurada, pois tive a impressão de que alguém já vomitou lá dentro, devido inúmeras manchas amarelas, em forma de respingos, que lá estão. E por último, mas não menos importante, quando o paciente está prestes a "entrar" na máquina, poderiam perguntar se o paciente quer a lâmpada que fica na extremidade próxima à cabeça, acesa ou apagada. Passei um calor desnecessário até conseguir ver de onde vinha aquela luz, e qual a necessidade de estar acesa.

Minuses: only 7 seats in first reception, and Acutely uncomfortable, at least for me, I have problems throughout column. Analyze as follows: if someone goes there to do an imaging study, some discomfort the person already has, then, the minimum to be expected, is to have a site that does not worsen the situation further as it is not called for the exam ; bathroom could be cleaner; MRI machine tb need a more thorough cleaning, because I had the impression that someone has vomited in there, because numerous yellow spots in the form of splashes, who are there. And last but not least, when the patient is about to "enter" the machine could ask if the patient wants the lamp that is at the near end to the head, on or off. I spent an unnecessary heat until you can see where it came from that light, and which need to be on.
