★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel for an overnight stay near Santos Dumont airport. Clean, friendly staff. However, its location seems to be in a business district area. Nothing is open in the surrounding area past 6pm. Very isolated location at night. The hotel's restaurant (opens for dinner at 7pm) advertises a brazilian buffet which was not available on the Friday night we arrived. The menu was very limited (sandwiches, salads and burgers). The restaurant at hotel next door did satisfy our craving for Brazilian food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very happy with this hotel. The rooms and beds were of high quality and had nice views. Definitely up to the modern standards of a business or leisure traveler. You can literally walk to the airport. The front desk staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Included breakfast was good, with different daily options. Restaurant and bar were standard with good choices as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience in my 50+ years of travel. Our flight had been cancelled by American(that's another story) we were shuttled over to this hotel by taxi, there were 12 people in front of us to get a room, we're talking 4:00 am. The lady at the counter took an average of 15 to 20 minutes per room. She showed no concern if our plight, was meticulous in every detail, though she had all morning,/afternoon to catch any details may be missed, she DID HAVE the Credit Card info. American told us to have the reception call to have a cab pick us up the next day, when we were ready. We went and requested, they refused. Pushed a telephone across the counter and told us we could call. I told them what American had stated, they said they didn't care, American was mistaken. If you want to have an enjoyable stay in Rio, DO NOT stay here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting service. The room clean only bed, floors are not washed, in shower not cleaned completely , we live already 5th day and never cleaned shower.
To get toilet paper - you need to call on the reception, on the reception answered with 2-3 times. We also gave things to the laundry. We didn't return them, we called twice . As a result, we got our things to be put in three days, and we had to take them by ourselves , they didn't bring them to the room. You can Iron things in the room on the ground floor, as ironing board and iron they do not provide in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ conveniently located close to SDU. Staff well prepared, welcoming and available. Specially well-treated by receptionists Leonardo and Evelyn. They gave me tips about where to go and were really helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is well located near to the downtown and Tomorrow museum. The breakfast is good. Though the air conditioner was working at the lower temperature, the room was hot. The average temperature outside was 28 celsius degree at daytime, when the room was hottest.
