★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os técnicos são muito educados. Pena que o financeiro não ! Liguei milhões de vezes por conta do Wi-Fi der bug não conectava nos dispositivos (celulares, computadores etc..) a atendente CRIS me disse pra contratar outro plano em vez de resolverem meu problema. E desligaram na minha cara ?
The technicians are very polite. Too bad the finances don't! I called millions of times because of the Wi-Fi bug, it wouldn't connect to the devices (cell phones, computers, etc..) the CRIS attendant told me to hire another plan instead of solving my problem. And they hung up on my face ?

Técnicos Kleber e Marcelo são profissionais de alto nível, educados e prestativos, executaram rapidamente a instalação (mesmo a estrutura do meu condomínio sendo ruim eles solucionaram bem rápido) esclareceram todas as dúvidas. Tudo foi testado e funcionando 100% comparado ao serviço contratado. Parabéns pelo profissionalismo!
Excellent service. Technicians Kleber and Marcelo are high-level professionals, polite and helpful, they quickly performed the installation (even the structure of my condominium was bad, they solved it very quickly) clarified all doubts. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luiz e o Thiago fizeram um ótimo atendimento pra instalação, me aguentaram falando na orelha o tempo todo kkkk, e fizeram todo o trabalho de maneira impecável. Em primeiros testes a velocidade que contratei está perfeita nos 500mb, já vou até deixar como rede primaria em casa visto que está na verdade seria meu Backup (Tchau Desktop).
Luiz and Thiago did a great job for the installation, they put up with me talking in my ear the whole time lol, and they did all the work impeccably. In first tests, the speed I hired is perfect at 500mb, I'm going to leave it as my primary network at home since it's actually my Backup (Bye Desktop).
