Internet caríssima de péssima qualidade e suporte menos ainda. Se você não quiser ter uma tremenda dor de cabeça e passar muita raiva fuja dessa empresa de fundo de quintal!
Worst field provider has no respect for customers, Customer who pays strictly on time and upfront and humiliated with undue charges and cut in Internet service.
Expensive internet of terrible quality and even less support. If you don't want to have a tremendous headache and get angry, run away from this backyard company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a uns quatro meses e me sinto super satisfeita! Minha net nunca caiu, não fica oscilando. Nunca tive problemas com a internet, como nas operadoras anteriores, que a net vivia caindo e sempre estavam em manutenção. Eu super recomendo!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei! A internet cai várias vezes durante o dia e demora minutos ou até horas para voltar ao "normal". A gente liga para tentar entender o pproblema que nem eles sabem como resolver. Aí o cliente faz o processo que eles pedem e nada adianta. E no final de tudo temos que praticamente esperar 3 dias para então eles mandarem um técnico na casa. Atendimento péssimo!
Did not like! The internet goes down several times during the day and takes minutes or even hours to return to "normal". We call to try to understand the problem that they don't even know how to solve. Then the customer does the process they ask for and there's no use. And at the end of the day, we have to practically wait 3 days for them to send a technician to the house. Lousy service!
