★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao Race pneus com problema nos freios do meu GOL.
Chegando lá o rapaz subiu o carro na rampa, disse que o problema era no disco de freio e pastilhas (tinha feito a revisão na semana anterior e fui informado que as pastilhas estavam ok). Ao questionar sobre as pastilhas o atendente me disse que com a retificação do disco tem que trocar as pastilhas. Fiz o serviço, gastei quase 400 reais e na hora que saí de lá o problema continuou. Voltei lá, o rapaz subiu meu carro novamente, viu que o problema era no freio traseiro e que o serviço anterior foi feito em vão. Resultado, saí no prejuízo e o cara me deu um cartãozinho com a assinatura dele com o "brinde" de alinhamento e balanceamento grátis. NÃO VOLTO MAIS LÁ. NÃO RECOMENDO. PREJU DE QUASE 400 REAIS.

When questioning about the tablets the attendant told me that with the rectification of the disc you have to change the tablets. I did the service, spent almost 400 reais and the time I left there the problem continued. I went back there, the boy climbed my car again, saw that the problem was in the rear brake and that the previous service was done in vain. As a result, I went out of my way and the guy gave me a little card with his signature with the free token and balance. I won't be back there anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. HAD ALMOST 400 REAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não realizem balanceamento e Alinhamento. Se voces comparam o voucher no grupom, saibam que irão achar coisas no seu carro.
Cheguei para gastar R$39,90, desamassaram uma roda, trocaram o biel e quando pensei que tudo tinha acabado, falaram que o carro não dava alinhamento pois precisava de CAMBAGEM!!! Sim, algo que nunca se deve fazer no carro. Resumindo: Oficina desonesta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vc for mulher não vá nesse estabelecimento, pq eles querem dar atestado de trouxa para vc. Fui ao local perguntando se eles faziam o mapeamento do carro e a reprogramação do computador de bordo, pq meu carro estava com gasolina e o mesmo estava marcado álcool, eles afirmaram q fariam a reprogramação e corrigir o fato. Resumo que voltei no outro dia pq não tinha resolvido o problema, o responsável pego p carro e levou em uma outra oficina para reprogramar (ou seja o serviço não foi feito lá) qdo o outro técnico falou q deveria levar a concessionária para fazer a programação novamente. Resultado? Fui enrrolada, gastei meu dinheiro e não resolveram meu problema.
