★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, 05/mar/22, minha filha e esposa foram a loja, compraram produtos, ao dirigir-se ao caixa minha filha apresentou meu RG/CPF para usar o bônus acumulativo que temos e a atendente recusou informando ser obrigatório eu estar presente. Sem comentários, isso que é respeito ao cliente. Pararam no tempo. Boticário nunca mais.
Today, 05/Mar/22, my daughter and wife went to the store, bought products, when going to the cashier my daughter presented my RG/CPF to use the cumulative bonus we have and the attendant refused stating that I must be present. No comments, that's respect for the customer. They stopped in time. Apothecary never again.
