★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Boticário é uma excelente loja. Com excelentes produtos. Porém (hoje) nessa loja do Shopping o mal atendimento das funcionárias foi lamentável. Eu já sou cliente dessa loja há anos. E do Boticário há mais de 25 anos. Ela (a vendedora) ignorou completamente a nossa presença. E de cara feia. Pedi sobre os lançamentos de produtos e também para me ajudar a achar o que eu procurava. Mas nada. Mesmo eu sendo especifica no que procurava. Eu acabei mesmo assim comprando porque eu precisava. Mas foi um alívio sair daquele ambiente. Péssimo. Não recomendo. Espero sinceramente que o Boticário resolva isso. É muito ruim isso. E não pode jamais acontecer.
 O Boticário is an excellent store. With excellent products. However (today) in this Shopping store the poor service of the employees was unfortunate. I have been a customer of this store for years. And from Boticário for over 25 years. She (the saleswoman) completely ignored our presence. And frowning. I asked about product launches and also to help me find what I was looking for. But nothing. Even though I was specific in what I was looking for. I ended up buying it because I needed it. But it was a relief to leave that environment. Terrible. I do not recommend. I sincerely hope that O Boticário solves this. This is too bad. And it can never happen.

Small store without enough attendants for the number of customers. I left without buying anything because I waited a few minutes and the only attendant was busy.
