★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar um produto que tinha um determinado valor na prateleira. Fui comprar e a vendedora me sugeriu fazer um cadastro, mas eu não quis. Ela então, olhou num celular,me vem dizer que houve um "reajuste" e o produto estava 5 reais mais caro.(passei então a gravar com meu celular) Eu disse a ela se conhecia a lei do consumidor pois na prateleira o valor que vi era menor. Ela com uma postura arrogante, me interrompeu e foi falar com não sei quem, então voltou e cobrou o valor correto, mas ainda arrogante falando pra eu conferir o valor.(acho q vcs q precisam conferir e cobrar corretamente). Já pensaram que vocês podem estar atendendo uma funcionária do PROCON ou uma advogada? Cadastros são opcionais e punir o cliente cobrando a mais caso se negue é ilegal. E treine seus funcionários para qdo acontecer algo desse tipo serem humildes e corretos.E não arrogantes qdo o cliente flagrar essas presepadas
