Estive na loja no dia 21/12 ( por volta da 18h30), para escolher um perfume de presente para minha namorada, simplesmente não recebi nenhum suporte das atendentes (as mesmas estavam sentadas e mexendo no celular, pareciam fugir de atender/ dar atenção aos clientes que chegavam... tentei por vezes interagir para tirar dúvidas, sem sucesso!
Sou cliente do o Boticário e fiz a minha primeira compra nessa loja( escolhi o produto sozinho e foi com dúvida). Escolho a marca por conta da qualidade dos produtos, atendimento e acompanhamento para a escolha das fragrâncias.
Melhorem!
Obs. A loja não estava cheia.

I was at the store on 12/21 (around 6:30 pm), to choose a perfume as a gift for my girlfriend, I simply did not receive any support from the attendants (they were sitting and touching their cell phone, they seemed to run away from answering / paying attention to the arriving customers... I sometimes tried to interact to clear up doubts, without success!
I am a client of O Boticário and I made my first purchase at this store (I chose the product myself and it was with doubt). I choose the brand because of the quality of the products, service and monitoring for the choice of fragrances.
Improve!
Note The store was not full.
