★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The moqueca was good (savoury and not too salty, which I find rare in Brazil so far) and I liked the crab in the shell starter. The feijiao starter was also good. The beef main my boyfriend ordered was so so though, too salty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here for my honeymoon. This was almost 7 years ago. I just never wrote a review. This place was so memorable I still remember 7 years later and remember it as one of the best culinary experiences of my life. It's a must go if you are in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely located, great service, superb starters and the best prawn moqueca ever. A must visit in Trancoso. Only downside was that the service quoted a wrong price for a wine bottle and it came 3 rais more expensive on the end. Since we had gotten free trial of excellent starters from the chef personally, we did not say anything ;-). We will come again to kidnap the chef.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best meals I have ever had! This one is worth the price: we ordered the Mini Acarajés and the Camarão no coco (Shrimp with coconut and coconut rice) and the Cocada for desert - simply PERFECT!
