★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Cancelei meu plano há 1 ano e meio e até hoje não devolveram os valores no meu cartão. Quando do cancelamento tive que pagar a diferença dos meses que utilizei a academia em relação ao valor promocional do plano anual. Paguei e não tive os meses subsequentes estornados. Estou há todo esse tempo pedindo, lembrando e cobrando e nada. Me deram um calote de 980 reais na cara dura!
Terrible experience. I canceled my plan a year and a half ago and have not returned the amounts to my card to date. Upon cancellation I had to pay the difference of the months I used the gym in relation to the promotional value of the annual plan. I paid and I did not have the subsequent months reversed. I've been asking, reminding and charging you for all this time and nothing. They gave me a 980 reais default on the hard face!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia bem localizada bom atendimento e o espaço também conta com a conveniência de estacionamento bem na porta, porém passou a ter que competir com este novo formato adotado por gigantes players como a Blue Fit e Smart fit que teve boa aceitação não apenas em Santos que explora com sua grande estrutura tickets muito baixos estes impraticáveis para o mercado tradicional. Darei a aqui a boa nota de 3 estrelas pelo respeito e pela garra de todos que ali empreendem e trabalham diante desta desproporcional concorrência agora presente na atividade.
