â â â â â Quando faltamos a consulta, nĂŁo temos como remarcar por que eles simplesmente nĂŁo atende ao telefone, hoje, dia 11/11, estou a mais 20 minutos esperando que alguĂ©m atendam, colocam diretamente no gancho e ficamos esperando, falta de consideração pelo cliente. espero que leiam e vejam, por senĂŁo vou fazer uma reclamação oficial, em ĂłrgĂŁos competentes, pois sendo mal tratada assim cancelarei o meu plano. fiquei aguardando este tempo todo e desligaram.

â â â â â EstĂĄ sendo pĂ©ssimo,estou aqui agora atendimento com recepcionistas zero muitos mau humorados . NĂŁo tem banheiro para os clientes meu filho de 6 anos tem que sair para o estacionamento para poder fazer xixi.
It's being terrible, I'm here now with zero receptionists, very bad tempered. There is no toilet for customers my 6 year old son has to go out to the parking lot to be able to pee.

â â â â â Dentistas Ăłtimos, tem bastante horĂĄrio disponĂvel porque e, apesar de ter banheiro(que dizem ser apenas para funcionĂĄrios), nĂŁo permitiram minha filha de 5 anos usar. Absurdo nĂŁo ter banheiro para o usuĂĄrio!
Great dentists, there are plenty of hours available because, despite having a bathroom (which they say is only for employees), they didn't allow my 5-year-old daughter to use it. Absurd not having a bathroom for the user!

â â â â â Tratam cliente Hapvida que nem lixo. A pior clĂnica odontolĂłgica que jĂĄ vi. Fui tratada de forma desleixada pela dra na primeira consulta e quando retornei pra fazer restauração disseram que eu tinha que levar a folha que a dra me deu, sendo que nem foi guia, foi sĂł um pedaço de papel rabiscado. Nunca me orientaram que eu tinha que levar esse papel, inclusive no dia que eu marquei nem me deixaram marcar lĂĄ, disseram pra eu fazer pelo app
They treat Hapvida customer like garbage. The worst dental clinic I have ever seen. I was treated sloppily by the dr at the first appointment and when I returned for restoration they said I had to take the sheet the dr gave me, and it wasn't even a guide, it was just a scribbled piece of paper. I was never told that I had to take this paper, even on the day I scheduled it, they didn't even let me schedule it there, they told me to do it through the app

â â â â â Cliente Hapvida: Passei 2 horas esperando ser chamada pra uma simples avaliação pra fazer uma limpeza! E quando o Dr. me atendeu passou mais de 10 procedimentos ( sem necessidade pois jĂĄ tinha ido a outro dentista a 2 meses atrĂĄs e estava tudo ok , sĂł faltando mesmo a limpeza) e acabou fazendo somente 2 restauração que durou exatamente 3 minutos...
Sabendo que fiquei 3 horas na clinica ( PRA NADA!)
Dr. Carlos muito apressado, nĂŁo te atende bem...
Deus me livre voltar naquela clinica!
Hapvida Client: I spent 2 hours waiting to be called for a simple evaluation to do a cleaning!
