Em plena quinta feira as 14 horas apenas um atendente trabalhando.
São gentis, porém o atendimento deixa muito a desejar
 They leave people waiting outside because of the pandemic, but the agglomeration ends up being bigger outside.
In the middle of Thursday at 14 pm only one attendant working.
They are kind, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

This office should be banned. An officer who chooses the type of service he wants to do. Making interpretations of the provision for not providing the due service. Bad service and rude. Avoid making registrations in this registry office!

Fui até o cartorio marcar o casamento chegando lá me avisam que é somente pela internet primeiramente , mas pra voce ter essa informação, precisa ir até lá, porque não atendem o telefone em nenhum horario do dia e nenhum dia da semana, não responde o Whatsapp e muito menos o email, sendo que pagamos ainda por esse Serviço mal prestado.
Terrible attendance! I went to the registry office to schedule the wedding, getting there, they tell me that it's only on the internet first, but for you to have this information, you need to go there, because they don't answer the phone at any time of the day and any day of the week, they don't answer whatsapp much less the email, and we still pay for this poorly provided Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, informações divergentes, má vontade em sanar dúvidas. Atendimento por whatsapp horrível, notório que não fazem o mínimo para ajudar. Sem contar que se você ligar, fica em espera para tentar falar com alguém e a ligação cai. Se fosse um serviço gratuito do qual o cliente tivesse outra forma de resolver o problema dele, ate entenderia, mas não é o caso. Melhorem a qualidade dos serviços prestados, tenham mais empatia no tratamento com o cliente e principalmente profissionalismo!
Poor service, divergent information, unwillingness to resolve doubts. Horrible whatsapp service, notorious that they don't do the least to help. Not to mention that if you call, you're on hold to try to talk to someone and the call drops. If it were a free service in which the customer had another way to solve his problem, I would understand, but that is not the case. Improve the quality of the services provided, have more empathy in the treatment with the customer and especially professionalism!
