★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom o atendimento, contudo ao critérito de cumprimentos de horários nota zero, estou a 1hora aguardando praticamente e até o momento sem previsão de ser atendido, consulta agendada para às 16h e agora já são 17h, uma falta de respeito em deixar toda essa espera, agendamento é justamente para que seja CUMPRIDO O HORÁRIO.
 The service is very good, however, in terms of compliance with schedules, grade zero, I've been waiting for practically 1 hour and so far with no forecast of being attended, appointment scheduled for 4 pm and now it's 5 pm, a lack of respect in leaving all this waiting , scheduling is precisely so that the schedule is FULFILLED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento da médica , confuso q tenho dúvidas da minha receita ... consulta de 5 minutos ... depois atendeu meu filho e ela estava sem paciência... no atendimento a troca das lentes são tão rápidas que nos deixa em dúvidas , falou q estava perdendo tempo ao atender meu filho ( meu filho ficou confuso com as trocas rápidas da lentes ) .
I didn't like the doctor's care, confused that I have doubts about my prescription... 5-minute appointment... then she saw my son and she was impatient... in the service, the lens change is so fast that it leaves us in doubt , he said that he was wasting time when attending to my son ( my son was confused by the quick lens changes ) .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Andre muito simpático, um atendimento nota 10 com crianças meu filho ficou bem a vontade com ele, tirou todas as minhas duvidas, o local super organizado e limpo, recepcionistas bem simpaticas e educadas. Recomendo sim o local a pessoas conhecidas
Dr Andre very friendly, a service note 10 with children, my son was very comfortable with him, he took all my doubts, the place was super organized and clean, receptionists very friendly and polite. I do recommend the place to people I know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Três estrelas foi por consideração ao atendimento médico que foi bom, o restante tem que melhorar e muito. Recepcionistas antipáticas, tanto por telefone quanto pessoalmente, atendem como se estivessem fazendo favor. Infelizmente funcionárias assim prejudicam a imagem da clínica.
Three stars was due to the medical care that was good, the rest has to improve a lot. Unfriendly receptionists, both on the phone and in person, answer as if they were doing you a favor. Unfortunately, such employees harm the clinic's image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me senti humilhada por uma recepcionista chamada Michele. Uma total falta de educação, pedi informações e fui tratada feito ignorante. A gente vai em uma clínica para tratar um problema nos olhos que por sí só já nos deixa mal, aí se depara com uma recepcionista despreparara, que não deixa dúvidas de que não queria está alí e nos faz se sentir pior do que quando entramos. Fui atendida bem pelo médico, mas nunca mais boto os pés nessa clinica de novo. Depois de tudo, ouvi ela falar mal de mim e de mais dois pacientes na espera. Todos nós escutamos.
I felt humiliated by a receptionist named Michele. A total lack of politeness, I asked for information and was treated like an ignorant person. We go to a clinic to treat an eye problem that in itself makes us feel bad, then we come across an unprepared receptionist, who leaves no doubt that we didn't want to be there and makes us feel worse than when we entered. I was treated well by the doctor, but I never set foot in that clinic again. After all, I heard her talking bad about me and two other patients waiting. We all listen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar excelente, fácil acesso, médicos são excelentes profissionais, super atenciosos. Clínica excelente, super bem limpa e organizada.
As meninas da recepção do 1° andar são um amor, super atenciosas, gentis e pacientes.
O único ponto que deixa a desejar é o atendimento do 2° andar, meninas grosas e sem empatia. Trabalhar com público exige paciência ainda mais em consultório, não estamos lá a passeio, não temos entendimento sobre todos os assuntos, estamos lá porque precisamos de ajuda.. Sendo assim recomendo um pouco mais de treinamento nessa questão.
Outro ponte que acredito que deveria melhorar é a questão dos exames, evitar um pouco essa burocracia para pegar um resultado, poderia tornar isso um pouco mais ágil.
Excellent place, easy access, doctors are excellent professionals, super attentive. Excellent clinic, very clean and organized.
The girls at the 1st floor reception are a sweetheart, super attentive, kind and patient.
The only point that leaves something to be desired is the service on the 2nd floor, rude girls without empathy. Working with the public requires patience even more in the office, we are not there for a walk, we do not have an understanding of all subjects, we are there because we need help. So I recommend a little more training on this issue.
Another bridge that I believe should be improved is the issue of exams, avoiding this bureaucracy a little to get a result, it could make it a little more agile.
