★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informam que fecham às 23:00 hs, porém sábado dia 16/04/2022 estive precisando de atendimento e cheguei lá às 21:45 hs e já não tinha mais ninguém para atender... Todas as luzes apagadas e portão trancado.
Não havia uma alma penada naquele local, uma escuridão só. DESCASO!!!
 They say they close at 11:00 pm, but Saturday 04/16/2022 I needed assistance and I got there at 9:45 pm and there was no one else to answer... All lights off and gate locked.
There wasn't a lost soul in that place, just darkness. NEGLECT!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao generalizando mas as Atendentes são mal educadas, parecem que estão fazendo um favor à você, desligam o telefone na cara, não dão informações pra marcar consulta, isso porque e Consulta Particular... imaginem convênio.
Not generalizing, but the Attendants are rude, they seem to be doing you a favor, they hang up the phone in your face, they don't give you information to make an appointment, that's because it's Private Consultation... imagine an agreement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim, atendimento era para ser atendido oftalmologista as 10,30hs foram atender as 11,35hs e por cima passei na sala secretária que dilatou à minha vista si quer perguntou sí eu estava acompanhando ou não precisei vim com meu carro mal enxergava no sol e oftalmologista contador de historia e tive ouvir ladainhas passei e-mail para Pamela responsável do hospital no dia 15/03/2022 até hoje dia 19/03/2022 sí quer respondeu decepção total com este hospital que falta de respeito com cliente e pacientes.Ainda tive dar uma estrela daria zero tivesse esta opção.
Bad, service was supposed to be attended by an ophthalmologist at 10.30 am they went to see at 11.35 am and I went over to the secretary room that expanded in my view if you asked if I was following or I didn't have to I came with my car I could barely see in the sun and an ophthalmologist story teller and I had to hear litanies I sent an email to Pamela responsible for the hospital on 03/15/2022 until today 03/19/2022 if you want to respond to total disappointment with this hospital that lacks respect for customers and patients. Giving one star would give zero if it had this option.

As vezes estamos no trabalho, em reunião e etc e precisamos ir num local privado ou retornar depois... E quando ligamos pra vocês, por favor, atendam o telefone. Meu pai é idoso e precisamos falar URGENTE, agora ele está indo pessoalmente tentar falar com o Penido.

Improvements: call us from any number that is not UNKNOWN, so we can return it or leave a message. Sometimes we are at work, in a meeting and etc and we need to go somewhere private or come back later... And when we call you, please answer the phone. My father is elderly and we need to speak URGENTLY, now he is going to personally try to talk to Penido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja tinha ido uma vez anteriormente, sido atendida pelo Jose Maria Filho e gostado. Mas dessa vez minha experiencia foi bem ruim. Eu agendei uma consulta, confirmei um dia antes e no dia da consulta me ligaram 1 vez (e eu não pude atender) para desmarcar a consulta. A confirmação da consulta foi pelo WhatsApp mas ninguém mandou uma mensagem desmarcando. Cheguei la e me informaram que a consulta tinha sido desmarcada e preferi ser atendida por outro médico para não perder a viagem. Fui atendida pelo Francisco e achei bem ruim a consulta. Tinha dois anos que eu não ia no oftalmologia e precisava fazer os exames de rotina e a única coisa que ele fez foi checar meu grau. A consulta demorou 2 minutos, sem brincadeira. Ele não fez nenhum exame. Ou seja, perdi tempo, dinheiro e terei que marcar uma nova consulta pq continuei sem fazer os exames periódicos que são recomendados a serem feitos a cada 2 anos
I had gone once before, been attended by Jose Maria Filho and liked it. But this time my experience was pretty bad. I scheduled an appointment, confirmed it the day before and on the day of the appointment they called me 1 time (and I couldn't answer) to cancel the appointment. Confirmation of the appointment was by WhatsApp but no one sent a message unmarking. I got there and they informed me that the appointment had been canceled and I preferred to be seen by another doctor so as not to miss the trip. I was attended by Francisco and I found the consultation very bad. I hadn't been to ophthalmology for two years and I needed to do the routine exams and the only thing he did was check my grade. The appointment took 2 minutes, no kidding. He didn't take any exams. That is, I lost time, money and I will have to make a new appointment because I continued without doing the periodic exams that are recommended to be done every 2 years
