pois já encaminhei para a central da ouvidoria OMNI
Ao ligar para a Financeira, o mesmo não transfere a ligação para o Sac
sem antes estar a par de toda situação, como vou realizar uma reclamação com a ouvidoria, se é o mesmo que realiza a conversa?
Infelizmente uma pessoa despreparada a frente do seu cargo!
