Nao conseguiram localizar o edredon pelo recibo, e depois de procurarem o endredon estava num canto, dentro de um carrinho. me disseram que as manchas nao tinham saído e que precisava de uma outra lavagem. quando vi o edredon ficou claríssimo q nao tinham lavado nenhima vez
Só nao tirei de lá porque ja tinha pagp antecipadamente. Pessimo serviço, desorgarnizados, despreparados. Pessimo!@
Frustrating. I paid in advance to wash a double duvet with stains. I went to get it 2 days after the date of delivery. They were unable to locate the duvet by receipt, and after searching for the duvet it was in a corner, inside a cart. I was told that the stains had not come out and that I needed another wash. when I saw the duvet it was very clear that they hadn't washed it once
I just didn't get it out of there because I had prepay already. Poor service, disorganized, unprepared. Terrible!@

Good location, great service, clothes come out super fragrant and packed, they managed to remove a wine stain from my table lining.

Excelent reception! Delivery picked up my duvets and blankets punctually. Not to mention that my bed linen came back well packed, ironed and extremely fragrant... I highly recommend it!
