â â â â â Gostei tanto do atendimento da recepcionista (pois na maioria das clĂnicas, atendem-nos com mĂĄ vontade), quanto do mĂ©dico Diogo Barbalho, que foi super atencioso na consulta.
I liked the service of the receptionist (as in most clinics, they attend us with bad will), as well as the doctor Diogo Barbalho, who was super attentive in the consultation.

A consulta foi bastante minuciosa, com o tempo necessĂĄrio, me examinou cuidadosamente antes de concluir meu diagnĂłstico. Teve real interesse pela minha pessoa e isso me inspirou total confiança. Agradeço por ter me explicado por completo as razĂ”es dos exames que eu teria que fazer, inclusive usando palavras que eu entendi facilmente. Teve muita competĂȘncia em receitar somente os remĂ©dios necessĂĄrios. Ă profissional de elevada qualificação profissional, se mantĂ©m atualizado com os Ășltimos avanços da medicina. Ao decidir sobre o meu tratamento, tomou todas as decisĂ”es que sĂŁo cabĂveis a respeito de minha saĂșde. As recepcionistas tambĂ©m estĂŁo de parabĂ©ns, pois tiveram interesse pessoal por mim, foram flexĂveis para lidar com as minhas necessidades. O atendimento foi pontual, o consultĂłrio Ă© muito confortĂĄvel, bem localizado, sempre consigo marcar minhas consultas em horĂĄrios bons pra mim. Ahhh... nĂŁo poderia esquecer de elogiar que nĂŁo foram solicitados exames desnecessĂĄrios, nĂŁo pareceu ter interesse apenas no meu dinheiro e me deu completo sigilo e privacidade.

The consultation was very thorough, with the necessary time, he examined me carefully before concluding my diagnosis. He had a real interest in me and that inspired me to be totally confident. I am grateful for having fully explained the reasons for the exams I would have to take, including using words that I understood easily. He was very competent in prescribing only the necessary medicines. He is a professional with a high professional qualification, he keeps himself updated with the latest medical advances. When deciding on my treatment, I made all the decisions that are appropriate regarding my health. The receptionists are also to be congratulated, as they took a personal interest in me, were flexible to deal with my needs. The service was punctual, the office is very comfortable, well located, I can always schedule my appointments at times that are good for me. Ahhh ... I could not forget to praise that unnecessary exams were not requested, did not seem to be interested only in my money and gave me complete secrecy and privacy.
