Deixei um violão lá apenas para trocar as cordas, uma coisa extremamente simples que deixei pra eles fazerem pois eu estava sem tempo e precisava do violão pra aquele dia pronto. Deixei de manhã, quando cheguei a tarde pra retirar o violão ficaram com aquela cara de tonto olhando pra mim sem saber o que dizer pois haviam esquecido de trocar as cordas, achei que iriam correr e trocar naquela mesma hora, pedir desculpas né pelo ocorrido mas não, pediram pra eu deixar por mais um dia lá para apenas como eu disse "trocar as cordas de um violão". A primeira impressão é a que fica! Não recomendo pra ninguém!!!
Very bad service staff. I left a guitar there just to change the strings, an extremely simple thing that I left for them to do because I was out of time and needed the guitar for that day ready. I left it in the morning, when I arrived in the afternoon to remove the guitar, they got that dizzy face looking at me, not knowing what to say because they had forgotten to change the strings, I thought they would run and change at the same time, apologize for what happened but no, they asked me to leave for another day there just like i said "change the strings on a guitar". First impression remains! I don't recommend it to anyone !!!
