I have been a client of Oi provider for over 8 years and I have never had a connection as good as I have with Online Telecom. I highly recommend it, quality service, store staff and sensational technique. Marituba was in need of a provider committed to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma "burocracia" que não vi em lugar nenhum. Já tentei contratar o serviço por 3 vezes e nas 3 vezes desistir. Infelizmente é a única fibra óptica da cidade no meu bairro no momento, por isso a insistência. Vou continuar com a minha internet de rádio da Intelbras mesmo.
Um alerta para a Online Telecom: o consumidor não preza só por qualidade ele preza também por "PRATICIDADE".
P.S. Burocracia brochante!
A "bureaucracy" I haven't seen anywhere. I've tried to hire the service 3 times and 3 times give up. Unfortunately it's the only fiber optic in town in my neighborhood at the moment, hence the insistence. I will continue with my internet radio from Intelbras.
An alert for Online Telecom: the consumer does not only value quality, he also values "Practicality".
