Comecei o tratamento de depilação a laser, 10 sessões, axila e região intima. No primeiro atendimento a consultora disse sobre todos os benefícios, vendeu flores! Até então estava indo tudo bem. Até que na 9° sessão, a responsável que estava atendendo no dia aumentou a potência, sei lá o que ela fez, eu senti que machucou mais, só que não falei nada pois confiava no trabalho deles
No outro dia quando me olho no espelho, eu estava QUEIMADA, com a pele escura, HORRIVEL! Falei com o pessoal da unidade do Tatuapé, e depois de MUITOOOO relutar, agendaram dermatologista, um fofo! Me receitou algumas pomadas, e pediu para que eu voltasse assim que finalizasse. Eu fiz o tratamento, continuei queimada, e agora fui agendar o retorno no dermatologista. Simplesmente a unidade informa que preciso passar antes com uma fisioterapeuta, para uma análise, e DEPOIS ver se preciso passar no médico. A MINHA PELE ESTA QUEIMADA, E A FISIOTERAPEUTA ANALISA SE PRECISO OU NAO DO RETORNO QUE O MEDICO SOLICITOU???? Tudo isso pra não pagar consulta? Que fisioterapeuta é essa que não da atestado de horas? Nunca vi isso na minha vida, se é uma consulta, ela TEM QUE dar atestado de horas. E que consulta é essa que precisa ser feita antes do retorno com o dermatologista que já estava me atendendo? Gente por favor, eu preciso de suporte, e eles estão lidando como se fosse um caso besta. A MINHA PELE ESTA QUEIMADA!
ISSO É DANO ESTÉTICO!!! EU SÓ QUERO QUE AGENDE O MEU RETORNO, É O MÍNIMO! E SE TIVER QUE PASSAR COM FISIOTERAPEUTA, QUE ME DE ATESTADO DE HORAS.

I started the laser hair removal treatment, 10 sessions, armpit and intimate region. In the first call, the consultant said about all the benefits, she sold flowers! So far everything was going well. Until the 9th session, the person in charge who was working on the day increased the power, I don't know what she did, I felt it hurt more, but I didn't say anything because I trusted their work
The other day when I look at myself in the mirror, I was BURNT, with dark skin, HORRIBLE! I spoke with the staff at the Tatuapé unit, and after I was VERY reluctant, they booked a dermatologist, so sweet! He prescribed me some ointments, and asked me to come back as soon as I finished. I went through the treatment, continued to burn, and now I'm going to schedule a return visit to the dermatologist. The unit simply informs me that I need to see a physiotherapist first, for an analysis, and THEN see if I need to see a doctor. MY SKIN IS BURNT, AND THE PHYSIOTHERAPIST ANALYZES IF I NEED THE RETURN THAT THE DOCTOR REQUESTED OR NOT???? All this so you don't pay for the consultation? What physiotherapist is this that doesn't give the hours certificate? I've never seen this in my life, if it's an appointment, she MUST give a certificate of hours. And what consultation is this that needs to be done before returning to the dermatologist who was already seeing me? Folks please, I need support, and they're handling it like a silly case. MY SKIN IS BURNT!
THIS IS AESTHETIC DAMAGE!!! I JUST WANT YOU TO SCHEDULE MY RETURN, IT'S THE MINIMUM! AND IF YOU HAVE TO PASS WITH A PHYSIOTHERAPIST, LET ME GIVE ME A CERTIFICATE OF HOURS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente há alguns anos já, gostaria de deixar claro que é um TRATAMENTO e realmente algumas regiões com 10 sessões não acabam com todos os pêlos dependendo de cada pessoa...
No meu caso gosto muito da Open Laiser Tatuapé, o atendimento, o local, os preços justos e toda cordialidade que é necessária eles tem.
