★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar incrível, comida incrível e o pessoal é super simpático e solícitos.... Como lá quase todos os dias, fico até surpresa com a questão que estão levantando, pois nunca vi e nem ouvi nenhuma situação dessas lá, e creio que quem frequenta realmente o local concorde.
Amazing place, amazing food and the staff is super friendly and helpful.... As I go there almost every day, I am even surprised by the question they are raising, because I have never seen or heard any such situation there, and I believe that those who attend really the place agrees.

I've been a customer for a long time, and I highly recommend it, good quality food, always fresh, great service, all the staff are very helpful, and I've heard that they are prejudiced and reviewed, I'm black and they've never been prejudiced against me, I've always been well received, I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local me deu comida estragada, fiz a reclamação e jamais me responderam. Eles tem um papelzinho onde vc pode deixar a sua queixa, porém acredito que jogam fora assim que o cliente entregar. Aliás, fiquei sabendo que os atendentes geraram situações de racismo com pessoas do meu entorno.
The place gave me spoiled food, I complained and they never answered me. They have a little piece of paper where you can leave your complaint, but I believe they throw it away as soon as the customer delivers. In fact, I learned that the attendants generated situations of racism with people around me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi bom. Depois de 2 anos voltei ao shopping e resolvi jantar lá, considerando que ainda era uma das melhores opções. Fiquei altamente decepcionado. Larguei quase o prato inteiro. Nem meia hora e já tive sensação indigesta das frituras. Triste ver que a qualidade despencou.
It used to be good. After 2 years I went back to the mall and decided to have dinner there, considering it was still one of the best options. I was highly disappointed. I dropped almost the entire plate. Not even half an hour and I already had an indigestible feeling of fried food. Sad to see the quality plummeted.

Porém, pedi um temaki que teve um tempo a ser preparado como de costume para o prato, mas a alga veio mole e o temaki tinha recheio apenas até a metade, a moça pesou e viu que estava com 160g que era o padrão, mas a montagem não. De que adianta fazer um temaki com a parte superior larga e grande e não estar até o fim com recheio?
