Tive a pior experiência de atendimento com um familiar indo fazer um colete nesse local. No dia que seria o da entrega a pessoa não tinha nem começado, quando questionadas as funcionárias olhavam com cara de nada, a gerente estava fazendo compras na C&A. Maior bagunça. Fujam! Tem outras lojas que fazem o serviço, procurem substitutos.
Guys, if it is to make small adjustments, it might work.
I had the worst service experience with a family member going to make a vest in that place. On the delivery day, the person had not even started, when questioned the employees looked at nothing, the manager was shopping at C&A. Bigger mess. Run! There are other stores that do the job, look for substitutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das atendentes é muito falsa, e a outra evangélica morena, muito grosseirazinha. Quando o movimento está em baixa mandam mensagens simpáticas, quando sobe um pouquinho, não fazem questão do cliente. Vou ainda porque o trabalho das costureiras é bem feito mas não compensa o custo. Assim que achar outro lugar vão perder o cliente.
One of the attendants is very fake, and the other dark evangelical, very rude. When the movement is low, they send nice messages, when it goes up a little, they don't care about the customer. I'm still going because the work of the seamstresses is well done but it's not worth the cost. As soon as they find another place, they will lose the customer.
