★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar do atendimento para venda procurar valorizar o cliente, tive problemas com pós-venda: comprei armação e lentes corretivas, e em menos de 1 mês caiu parafuso (o qual repuseram) e logo em seguida quebrou a aste (o qual se negaram a repor alegando que o fornecedor não dá garantia). Tentaram resolver vendendo outra armação, mas como comprar outra armação sem garantia?!?!?! Não recomendo.
Despite the sales service trying to value the customer, I had problems with after-sales: I bought frames and corrective lenses, and in less than 1 month a screw fell (which they replaced) and soon after that the rod broke (which they refused to replace claiming that the supplier does not give a guarantee). They tried to solve it by selling another frame, but how to buy another frame without warranty?!?!?! I do not recommend.
