★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Atendimento bom apenas na hora de vender a armação. Porém estou a 10 dias , esperando meu óculos chegar. Absurdo , descaso total com o cliente. Após eu dizer que ia querer o dinheiro de volta, que o gerente ligou.Porém ninguém la me deu posicionamento algum, todo dia o óculos esta chegando na ótica. Já indiquei para 02 amigos, vou retirar a indicação e nunca mais vou la. Indignada !
Terrible! Good service only when selling the frame. But I am 10 days, waiting for my glasses to arrive. Absurd, total disregard for the client. After I said I would want the money back, the manager called. However, no one gave me any positioning, every day the glasses are arriving at the optics. I already indicated to 02 friends, I will withdraw the indication and I will never go there again. Outraged!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor ótica que já fui. Atendimento excelente, mesmo eu levando a armação e fazendo só a lente (já aconteceu de eu ser mal tratada por causa disso. O lucro é menor)...
Lente de qualidade, entrega rápida,e preço justo.
Já consertei meus óculos lá também, e ficou ótimo.
Obs: aconteceu uma situação que fez com que eu vou voltar sempre que precisar e indico para todos: deixei meus óculos para consertar. Quando ele ficou pronto, nos já estávamos de quarentena, e a loja estava fechada. A dona da loja me ligou (infelizmente não recordo o nome dela), e combinou de me entregar em mãos....Adorei e me salvou!

Best optics I've ever been. Excellent service, even though I took the frame and made only the lens (I happened to be treated badly because of that. The profit is lower) ...
Quality lens, fast delivery, and fair price.
I fixed my glasses there too, and it looked great.
Note: a situation happened that made me go back whenever I need to and tell everyone: I left my glasses to fix it. When it was ready, we were already quarantined, and the store was closed. The store owner called me (unfortunately I don't remember her name), and agreed to hand it over to me .... I loved it and saved me!
