â â â â â Cheguei com horĂĄrio marcado e tive que esperar 50 minutos para ser atendida.
O local, mesmo em situação de pandemia, estava LOTADO. Aparentemente eles não marcam todos os exames (nem respeitam os marcados) e ainda é por ordem de chegada.
Que um centro MĂDICO tenha tĂŁo pouco cuidado com os pacientes que vĂŁo se atender com eles Ă© realmente uma vergonha.
I arrived with an appointment and had to wait 50 minutes to be answered.
The place, even in a pandemic situation, was PACKED. Apparently they don't schedule all the exams (nor do they respect the scheduled ones) and it's still in order of arrival.
That a MEDICAL center takes so little care of patients who are going to see them is really a shame.

â â â â â Ătimo atendimento por parte do Sr. JĂșlio. Paciente e educado!! Sugiro,.contudo, que a TV da sala de espera seja substituĂda por uma mĂșsica ambiente, pois o volume (alto) da televisĂŁo e o tipo de programação sĂŁo bastante incĂŽmodos para quem estĂĄ aguardando.
Great service from Mr. Julius. Patient and polite!! I suggest, however, that the TV in the waiting room be replaced by background music, as the (loud) volume of the television and the type of programming are quite uncomfortable for those who are waiting.
