Tomara que vá à falência de uma vez. Um desrespeito desse tamanho num lugar grande é extremamente inaceitável.

Vanessa que faz o Teste Ergométrico não quis me atender , dito pela gerente Adriana e o recepcionista não me deu nem a senha , por isso é uma falta de respeito com uma pessoa que vai fazer um exame tão importante para mostrar para o cardiologista. por isso esqueçam essa unidade do Bronstein.
Terrible Service, because of 4 minutes Dr. Vanessa who does the Ergometric Test did not want to attend to me, said by the manager Adriana and the receptionist didn't even give me the password, so it's a lack of respect for a person who is going to do a exam so important to show to the cardiologist. so forget about that Bronstein unit.

So they told to visit this one 30 minutes away which claimed to offer both, after which they told me they still didn’t have them... And it takes 17 days for my results to get back for the two labs they did have?? Which they of course only tell you after you’ve paid. What on earth. Screw this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're more expensive than other labs from the same Dasa Group and, although the doctors, nurses and the general staff being nice and polite, this laboratory lacks organization and optimization.
Even having an appointment scheduled for a certain time, you'll be left waiting for at least 1h after your scheduled time, and even if you arrive in pain. And keep in mind that most exams already require extensive fasting hours, so it's both disrespectful and dangerous for patients.
And they also switched part of my results! This is extremely dangerous! What if the doctor hadn't talked to me during the examination and I had mistakenly based my actions only on the exam results the lab gave me initially?! I even had to return there to get the right results. It's a total absurd!
