Ao entrar em contato com a loja via WhatsApp foram extremamente solícitos e prontamente reenviaram o pedido via Sedex, o qual chegou no mesmo dia.

A primeira compra chegou tudo certo e a entrega foi a jato (rsrsrs), pois chegou muito rápido, eu estava sem lentes e iria a um casamento, ou seja precisava de urgência na entrega.
Depois disso comprei novamente e para minha surpresa eles me entregaram tudo certo e com a mesma rapidez da primeira compra.
Além disso o atendimento via WhatsApp é muito bom, o pessoal que me atende sempre simpático, educado e muito rápidos nos atendimentos.

Uso lente da CooperVision desde 2019, mas onde eu moro, por ela ser um pouco cara, as óticas não investe, só por pedido e são 20 dias pra chegar. Após procurar muito, a melhor loja que achei foi a originalentes, não tem reclamações no "reclame aqui" é o site e bastante seguro, e as avaliações do google são excelentes. Gostaria de informa que estou extremamente SATISFEITA. O produto, o custo, a entrega, tudo nota 1000! Chegou em 5 dias úteis. Vocês estão de parabéns!! ????????
