Não fez a mínima questão da venda.
Enfim, perderam a venda e não recomendo a ninguém...
Só dou uma estrela pq não posso dar menos pra avaliar..

He didn't care about the sale.
Anyway, they lost the sale and I don't recommend it to anyone ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Os vendedores ficam olhando para o espaço e ninguém te atende. Quando chega alguém, parece que essa pessoa está fazendo um enorme favor ao cliente.
Vendedores sem treinamento, não sabem se o produto está disponível, não sabem quanto tempo leva a encomenda, não sabem responder o custo exato do produto.
A operadora de caixa do shopping Center Vale consegue superar a maioria dos vendedores e ser ainda mais mal educada e nada prestativa.
É incrível como todos fazem questão de ser lentos, desagradáveis e incompetentes.
Já haviam perdido uma venda. Agora, perderam toda e qualquer manutenção que eu faria daqui para frente! Que quebrem em paz e sejam felizes...
Terrible attendance. Vendors stare into space and no one answers you. When someone arrives, it looks like that person is doing the customer a huge favor.
Untrained sellers do not know if the product is available, do not know how long the order takes, do not know how to answer the exact cost of the product.
The shopping mall operator at Vale Mall can outperform most vendors and be even more rude and unhelpful.
It's amazing how everyone makes a point of being slow, nasty and incompetent.
They had already lost a sale. Now, they've lost any maintenance I would do from now on! May they break in peace and be happy ...

Na hora que fui retirar fui tão mal recebido por um senhor que faz a entrega, que parecia que eu tinha roubado alguma armação do local. Foi um constrangimento muito grande, minha filha ficou indignada. Espero não voltar mais lá. Foi como já comentaram aqui, parece que a gente tá fazendo favor de comprar con eles. Uma decepção compro lá desde da epoca da otica Seiko, anos 80. Nunca fui tratado assim...Parece que nem a fase vermelha foi capaz de ensinar alguma coisa a eles...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz 4 anos que moro em SJC e 3 que conheci a ótica. Todos os funcionários, sem exceção, nos atendem muito bem na loja do Vale Sul! Somos muito bem tratadas, nos deixam a vontade pra escolher o tempo que quisermos os óculos, além de terem muita educação e paciência.
Eu particularmente gosto muito, pois tem loja que vc entra e as pessoas estão tão desesperadas pra vender que enfiam qq coisa "goela baixo" eu tenho vontade de sair correndo.

I've been living in SJC for 4 years and 3 years since I got to know optics. All employees, without exception, serve us very well at the Vale Sul store! We are very well treated, leave us free to choose the time we want the glasses, in addition to being polite and patient.
