Ma vontade abriu e disse este relógio está fora de linha não compensa arrumar além disso está espanado a rosca sai aborrecido disposto a jogar fora mas passando pela sala shopping vi uma loja que troca bateria de relógio entrei e uma moça gentilmente se prontificou a ver colocou a bateria e também co locou o parafuso e os apertou firmemente fiquei satisfeito além a bateria na seiko 25 reais na sala shopping 10 reais e com o parafuso apertado agora eu pergunto os lojistas estava esperançoso para poder abrir suas lojas mas quando pode abrir mas quando abri não da um atendimento adequado então fique fechado que é melhor

Em meio a pandemia, e no auge da tecnologia, preciso ir pessoalmente a uma loja para saber o preçode um produto??? Coitados... tão se achando a última coca cola do deserto hahahahah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não poderia ter sido pior. Acabo de deixar o relógio do meu namorado pra trocar a bateria e foi assim que recebi ele de volta. Ele alegou que o relógio não tinha funcionado com a nova bateria, mas o problema foi que me devolveu com a pulseira arrebentada, ao ver minha insatisfação me ofereceu uma pulseira nova com EXTREMA grosseria. Quando aceitei, ele simplesmente me entregou ela, sem colocar no relógio. (Ela nem se quer cabe nele). Triste. Péssimo atendimento e ainda sai lesada.

Falam que precisam do número da ordem de serviço para passar informação e qdo passamos, não localizam e dizem que somente o funcionário que fez a ordem de serviço que pode informar, e o mesmo nunca se encontra na loja. Continuo no aguardo de alguém entrar em contato comigo (como prometido há exato 1 mês atrás) para me passar o orçamento ou me devolver o meu relógio.
Lack of information and mismatched information among employees. They say they need the work order number to pass on information and when we do, they don't find it and say that only the employee who made the work order can inform, and he is never in the store. I'm still waiting for someone to get in touch with me (as I promised 1 month ago) to give me the budget or return my watch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Estive na loja ainda a pouco, 7 funcionários, 4 conversando entre si atrás do balcão dando risada e nem aí pra nada! Um atrás do caixa, de cabeça baixa numa vontade de trabalhar que contagiava, o senhor que arruma relogio de cabeça baixa no celular, Ocupado de certo com alguma coisa mais importante! A única que estava atentendo estava ocupada dando atenção pra um cliente, possivelmente tentando resolver o problema do mesmo!
Fiquei poucos segundos na loja, pois desde a entrada ninguém deu boa noite, ninguém teve a preocupação de saber o que o cliente estava procurando ou procurando, enfim… queria só trocar a bateria de um relogio, porém como tinham muitos funcionários ocupados entre sim, virei e fui embora! Péssimo atendimento e suporte ao cliente!
