Um relato rápido: teve uma vez que comprei equipamentos (guidão e manetes) em outra loja para a minha bike e levei nessa "Orquidário bike" para o rapaz trocar para mim, mas ele conseguiu danificar o guidão novo (arranhou todo o guidão tentanto encaixar a mesa), nem demonstrou preocupação, e ainda omitiu o custo do serviço, falando somente no final da operação. Ou seja, fez o trabalho em silêncio e se você não tivesse o dinheiro ali na hora, você teria que voltar andando até a tua casa para poder pegar o dinheiro e voltar para retirar a bicicleta.
Mas é como eu disse, vai da sorte de ser atendido por alguém competente.

A quick report: there was a time that I bought equipment (handlebars and levers) in another store for my bike and I took this "Orchid bike" for the boy to change for me, but he managed to damage the new handlebars (he scratched all the handlebars trying to fit the table), nor showed any concern, and even omitted the cost of the service, speaking only at the end of the operation. That is, you did the job in silence and if you didn't have the money there at the time, you would have to walk back to your house to be able to pick up the money and return to collect the bicycle.
But as I said, you are lucky to be attended by someone competent.
