Perdi um tempão para consultar vários lugares para ver onde o produto era mais barato, então a Ortholoc da Tijuca, me passou um orçamento e quando fui fazer o pedido, o produto ficou quase 3 vezes mais caro. Uma falta de respeito, comprometimento, honestidade e humanidade, uma vez que o produto era para atender uma pessoa necessitada.

I lost a lot of time to look at various places to see where the product was cheaper, so Ortholoc da Tijuca gave me a budget and when I went to order, the product was almost 3 times more expensive. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente recusaram locação para o bairro onde moro. Discriminação territorial. Se fosse em outros tempos acionaria a justiça. Na resposta, o proprietário alega que a restrição por bairros se dá em função do transporte, mas bastava condicionar a retirada pelo cliente para resolver o problema. Eu iria até a tijuca sem problemas retirar e devolver o produto. Em relação à manutenção, há muitas formas de atender o cliente nesses casos, a exceção (problema) não deveria ser regra. A não ser que os produtos apresentem problemas com frequência.

I would go to Tijuca without any problems, pick up and return the product.
