★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por telefone pela Recepção (em 13/01 às 12 h). Tive que ligar 3 vezes para saber se atendiam pelo meu plano pois a recepcionista mandava esperar informando que iria verificar e não respondia.
Lousy telephone service by Reception (on 13/01 at 12 noon). I had to call 3 times to find out if they answered my plan because the receptionist told me to wait, informing them that I would check and did not answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei da clínica. Primeiro porque marquei a consulta ao meio dia e fiquei mais de uma hora, passando fome, esperando para ser atendido e segundo porque as imobilizacoes não foram bem feitas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cá estou eu, com uma consulta marcada para 10h40 e até agora (são 12h05) não fui atendida, numa recepção com teto de vidro, com o sol de 12h batendo, com um calor desgraçado sem nem se quer 1 bendito ventilador para refrescar.
Um absurdo e completo descaso com o paciente, que só vem aqui pq esta com dor ou algo incomodando, esperando mais de 2h em cadeiras desconfortáveis!!!
Estou morrendo de dor nas costas e só vejo médicos passa.so pra lá e pra cá de papo e ninguém me chama! Nem a mim nem a nenhuma pessoa que esta esperando nesse forno! 0

Contato por telefone é impossível, com muito custo e demora respondem whatsapp, com a seguinte saudação: "Seja bem vindo (a) ao Centro Ortopédico Icaraí. Agradecemos seu contato e em até 72 horas em dias úteis responderemos a sua solicitação"... É isso mesmo, 3 dias úteis para conseguir contato, quando respondem... e isso não é só para primeira marcação, em qualquer tentativa de contato a resposta é lenta e o atendimento é péssimo, sem qualidade alguma, parece que te fazem um favor. Marcação presencial também não funciona bem, se você tem uma consulta em outubro e o médico pede para marcar outra para novembro, não é possível, porque tem que esperar virar o mês para abrir a agenda. Ahhh. Se conseguir marcar tenha paciência, pq a espera para ser atendido, mesmo com hora marcada, atrasa, no meu caso foram 90 minutos com sala de espera cheia, em plena pandemia. O atendimento do médico foi muito bom, mas até chegar a nele não é fácil.

Face-to-face appointment also doesn't work well, if you have an appointment in October and the doctor asks to make another appointment for November, it is not possible, because you have to wait to turn the month around to open the agenda. Ahhh. If I manage to make an appointment, be patient, because the waiting to be attended, even by appointment, is delayed, in my case it was 90 minutes with a full waiting room, in the middle of a pandemic. The doctor's service was very good, but even getting to him is not easy.
