★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive com minha esposa , sábado próximo passado dia 24 04 22, por volta das 9:20hs da manhã no pronto socorro , fomos péssimamente mal atendidos, minha esposa caiu bateu a costela na guarda da cama ,estava com muita dor, e com trauma , a atendente mal olhou para nós, já foi dizendo que tem que ter pedido de encaminhamento médico e atende só com ambulância; conclusão Perdemos a viagem , saimos frustrados e decepcionados coma falta de humanidade e receptividade; Nota UM tá muito bom.....
I was with my wife, last Saturday, 24 04 22, around 9:20 am in the emergency room, we were badly treated, my wife fell and hit her rib on the bed guard, she was in a lot of pain, and with trauma, the attendant barely looked at us, she was already saying that she has to have a medical referral request and only attends with an ambulance; Conclusion We lost the trip, we left frustrated and disappointed with the lack of humanity and receptivity; Note A is very good.....
