★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei um par de muletas por 30 dias. No dia do vencimento liguei dizendo que atrasaria a entrega mais uns dias. A atendente disse que nao havia problemas e que quando devolvesse que fariam o calculo dos dias atrasados. Nao perguntei pois achei que seria proporcional ao pago no mes. A atendente nao informou nada. Entreguei depois de 2 semanas e a surpresa veio na conta....por 2 semanas a mais gastei o mesmo que o gasto do mes. Indaguei que nao poderia ser assim, mas em vão....
Azar o meu de nao perguntar antes, porem o vendedor foi incapaz de alertar o cliente. Atendimento nebuloso. Pessimo para o cliente.
Nao recomendo nenhum serviço deles.
I rented a pair of crutches for 30 days. On the due date I called saying that I would delay delivery a few more days. The attendant said that there were no problems and that when she returned they would do the calculation of the late days. I didn't ask because I thought it would be proportional to what I paid in the month. The attendant said nothing. I delivered it after 2 weeks and the surprise came on the bill .... for 2 more weeks I spent the same as the month's expense. I asked that it could not be so, but in vain ....
I was unlucky not to ask before, but the seller was unable to alert the customer. Cloudy service. Pessimo for the customer.
I don't recommend any service from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Meu marido ligou para o telefone indicado no Google e informou que estava a caminho da loja para alugar uma muleta pois acabei de sair do hospital São Luiz.
Quando chegamos ao local, a loja estava FECHADA e a atendente foi embora! TOTAL DESRESPEITO COM O CLIENTE. Agora estou aqui, com a perna engessada no meio da Av. Santo Amaro sem condições de me locomover por falta de capacidade dos atendentes da loja de prestarem um serviço DECENTE e RESPEITOSO.
É lamentável o que essa atendente fez e espero que ela seja demitida pois é um absurdo agir dessa forma!
Poor service. My husband called the phone indicated in Google and said that I was on my way to the store to rent a crutch because I just left the São Luiz hospital.
When we got to the place, the store was CLOSED and the attendant left! TOTAL DISRESPECT WITH THE CUSTOMER. Now I'm here, with my leg plastered in the middle of Av. Santo Amaro, unable to move around due to lack of capacity of the store attendants to provide a DECENT and RESPECTING service.
It's unfortunate what this clerk did and I hope she gets fired because it's absurd to act that way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa tradicional. Mas preço extremamente salgado para aluguel de muletas (dobro do preço pela metade do tempo que a média da região). Infelizmente não viabiliza de forma alguma.
Traditional house. But extremely high price for renting crutches (twice the price for half the time that the region average). Unfortunately it does not make it viable in any way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ligamos no domingo procurando um Robofoot e fomos bem atendidos, nos dirigimos ao local onde a atendente nós explicou as opções e prontamente ajudou minha esposa a colocar o Robofoot explicando corretamente como deveria ser feito.
Pagamentos via débito ou crédito (em até 4x sem juros), estacionamento com 2 vagas na porta e loja de fácil acesso.
Realmente não me atentei a questão sobre a nota fiscal.
We called Sunday looking for a Robofoot and were well taken care of, headed to the place where the clerk explained the options and promptly helped my wife get the Robofoot explaining correctly how it should be done.
Payments by debit or credit (up to 4x without interest), parking with 2 parking spaces at the door and easily accessible shop.
Really I not regard me the question of the invoice.

Terrible telephone service (Mr. Igor) does not answer what was asked and tries to sell what the customer did not ask for... he speaks softly, disjointedly and seems to be doing him a favor...
