O cliente nunca tem razão, cobram taxas caríssimas depois que você entrega o apartamento, nada que você pede eles atendem, no começo tudo mil maravilhas e depois somente o "cliente" (dono do apartamento tem razão)te cobram por coisas que inventam que o apartamento estragou. Enfim, procurem outra imobiliária, tem 1001 opções na cidade.
Bad Real Estate!
The customer is never right, they charge expensive fees after you deliver the apartment, nothing you ask them to answer, at first all a lot of wonders and then only the "customer" (owner of the apartment is right) charges you for things that invent the apartment ruined. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No mês passado, meu marido procurou o corretor de imóveis Otávio para ver um imóvel. Meu marido ficou perplexo com a falta de profissionalismo desse corretor. O tal Otávio não é mais arrogante porque não têm como mesmo, ele nos tratou como se não tivéssemos dinheiro para comprar o imóvel. Me pergunto!!! O que esse Senhor está fazendo no mercado de trabalho??? Este representa tantos proprietários que estão achando que ele está dedicando a vender seus imóveis, sendo que o mesmo está na verdade "espantando" (não sei se é a palavra mais correta) os interessados com sua arrogância e seu mal humor para com os mesmos.
