★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal não indico mais essa ótica. Eu era cliente da Ótica Barros, 5 anos passando com eles, sempre fazia indicações. Mas eles hoje não me mostraram ter respeito pelo cliente. Comprei lentes de contato mensal com o mesmo e me venderam um produto danificado, fui reclamar pois uso lentes muito tempo e sei como manipular, não trocaram meu produto, o mesmo foi usado a penas uma vez e já estava incomodando meus olhos.No segundo dia de uso fui olhar a lente estava partida em dois e vieram e falar que foi mal uso. Muito falta de respeito com o cliente que passa tanto tempo com eles. Muito decepcionada, vendendo produto danificados, estando eu com o produto 6 dias apenas. Lembrando que o consumidor poderá reclamar dos defeitos aparentes ou de fácil constatação em 30 dias no caso de produtos ou serviços não duráveis.
Personnel no longer indicate this view. I was a client of Ótica Barros, 5 years spent with them, always making recommendations. But they didn't show me respect for the customer today. I bought monthly contact lenses with the same and they sold me a damaged product, I went to complain because I use lenses for a long time and I know how to handle them, they didn't change my product, it was used only once and it was already bothering my eyes. On the second day of use I went to look the lens was broken in two and came and said it was misused. Very lack of respect for the customer who spends so much time with them. Very disappointed, selling damaged products, with me with the product for 6 days only. Recalling that the consumer may complain of apparent defects or easy to find in 30 days in the case of non-durable products or services.
