★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz meus óculos nessa ótica, fui bem tratada no dia da venda mas quando voltei relantando que a lente com duas semanas havia riscado, após voltar do laboratório me informaram que não iriam realizar a troca da lente pois foi mau uso, eu uso óculos há anos e sempre tomo cuidado com eles.
Resumindo, paguei e agora vou ficar com um óculos com a lente riscada.
Primeira e última vez que faço uso dos serviços dessa ótica.
I made my glasses in this optics, I was treated well on the day of the sale but when I came back reporting that the lens with two weeks had scratched, after returning from the lab they informed me that they would not change the lens because it was a bad use, I have been wearing glasses for years and I always take care of them.
