★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei 400 reias nas lentes do óculos. Fui lá retirar e só no dia seguinte notei um arranhão na lente. Fui trocar 2 semanas depois e disseram que não iam fazer nada. Expliquei que me entregaram a lente daquele jeito e ficaram me olhando como se eu fosse pedinte. Agora vou ter que ficar 1 ano com esse alente riscada.
I paid 400 reis for the lenses of the glasses. I went there to remove it and only the next day did I notice a scratch on the lens. I went to change it 2 weeks later and they said they weren't going to do anything. I explained that they handed me the lens like that and they kept looking at me as if I were a beggar. Now I will have to spend 1 year with this crossed-out lens.

No final do mês de setembro agora
Fui abordado na porta da ótica e direcionado para vendedora,Paula que no momento me atendeu muito bem, e acabei fazendo meu óculos com ela.
Depois de 7 dias que peguei o oculos retornei a ótica,informando que as lentes não estavam boas e que estava com dificuldades,mas a sra Paula me disse que teria que ficar 15 dias devido ao período de adaptação e início da garantia insatisfeito por esta orientação até porque era nítido para mim que o oculos não tinha condições de uso correria o risco de prejudicar minha visão mas aceitei aguardar este periodo.
Depois de 15 dias retornei e fui atendido pela vendedora Joice que me deu todo suporte assim que cheguei,recolheu meu óculos e encaminhou para fazer a troca das lentes tive alguns aborrececimentos mas prefiro não mencionar até porque a Golden mix é a vendedora Joice agiu com muito respeito comigo em resolver meu problema,.
Por isso dou parabéns e estou muito satisfeito.
Obs:a vendedora Paula também foi muito atenciosamente comigo mas infelizmente tive este problema inicial,mas não foi culpa dela.
Good morning, I'll leave you here about my experience with Suzano's Golden mix.
At the end of September now
I was approached at the optical door and directed to the saleswoman, Paula, who at the time assisted me very well, and I ended up making my glasses with her.
After 7 days that I took the glasses, I returned to the optics, informing that the lenses were not good and that I was having difficulties, but Ms. Paula told me that I would have to stay 15 days due to the period of adaptation and beginning of the warranty, dissatisfied with this orientation. because it was clear to me that the glasses were not suitable for use, I would run the risk of harming my vision but I accepted to wait for this period.
After 15 days I returned and I was assisted by the salesperson Joice who gave me all the support as soon as I arrived, she collected my glasses and sent me to change the lenses I had some annoyances but I prefer not to mention because the Golden mix is the salesperson Joice acted very respect me in solving my problem.
So I congratulate and I am very satisfied.
Note: the seller Paula was also very attentive to me but unfortunately I had this initial problem, but it was not her fault.
