- Atendimento péssimo
- Atendentes ficam conversando uma com a outra (durante o atendimento, sobre assuntos diversos)
- Não usam uniforme
- Demoram para entregar o produto
- A lente veio amarelada (fui reclamar e a atendente disse que era mal uso, sendo que não fazia nem 1 mês que eu tinha feito o óculos, não quiseram mandar para a análise).
- Usam gírias
 I will point out some dissatisfactions:
- Bad service
- Attendants are talking to each other (during the service, on various subjects)
- Do not wear uniform
- Take time to deliver the product
- The lens came yellow (I complained and the attendant said it was misuse, and it was not even 1 month that I had made the glasses, did not want to send for analysis).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, até que a primeira atendente estava tentando me atender bem ,veio a outra com a cara fechada tomou a frente dela,me atendeu super mal,me passou o valor de 500 reais em uma lente ,sendo q a minha foi bem menos que isso ,foi super grossa, tá explicado porque é vazia ,e se continuar a atender as pessoas assim vai continuar vazia !
