★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe foi muito mal tratada por uma funcionária ontem dia 04/06/2019 na parte da manhã que não quis nem mostrar os óculos a ela e ainda falou que pra ela ia ser acima de 600,00. Ela saiu de lá muito chateada!! Total falta de preparo dos funcionários com os clientes! Fiquem cientes que a maioria das pessoas compram pelo atendimento e gentileza dos vendedores!
My mother was very badly treated by an employee yesterday 04/06/2019 in the morning who did not even want to show her glasses and still said that for her it would be above 600.00. She left there very upset !! Total lack of staff preparation with customers! Keep in mind that most people buy from the service and kindness of the sellers!

Em Julho 2018 fiz meu óculos nessa ótica que fica na Vila São Jose, o atendimento foi bacana, o problema venho depois. No fim do ano estava andando pela rua e armação simplesmente quebrou na parte que segura a lente, não sei se foi reação do calor, mas ficou claro que é um material de péssima qualidade. Não disponho de muito tempo para ir até o local, então tentei contato por telefone e até mesmo pelo site e não tive nenhum retorno.
Abei ficando com o prejuízo.

In July 2018 I made my glasses in this view that is in Vila São Jose, the service was nice, the problem comes later. At the end of the year I was walking down the street and the frame just broke in the part that holds the lens, I do not know if it was a reaction of the heat, but it was clear that it is a material of poor quality. I do not have much time to go to the place, so I tried to contact by phone and even through the site and I did not have any feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendem gato por lebre, fiz somente as lentes dos meus óculos, péssima qualidade, horrível. Por causa de 60,00 a mais deixei de fazer as lentes na ótica Carol que tem nome e confiança, não façam o mesmo que fiz, antes pagar mais e ficar satisfeita, com os olhos não se brinca. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum esta ótica.
They sell cat by hare, I just made the lenses of my glasses, terrible quality, horrible. Because of 60.00 more I stopped making the lenses in Carol's optics that has name and confidence, do not do the same thing I did, before paying more and getting satisfied, with the eyes do not play. I do not recommend this optics at all.
