★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz encomenda de lentes e me foi dado um prazo e não foi cumprido, fui ate a loja após essa data e fui informada que o fornecedor não entregou no prazo, foi me pedido mais 2 dias voltei ao local e nada me pediram mais um dia liguei pra não ir lá e perder a viagem e foi me dito que meu pedido ainda não tinha chego, na ligação solicitei o cancelamento e devolução do dinheiro, passando mais alguns dias fui até a loja novamente e me foi informado que não poderia me estornar o que foi pago, fui no procom pra reivindicar meus direitos, de início fui bem tratada, quando quis cancelar o pedido fui muito mal tratada. Por fim recebi meu pedido após 10 dias. Não recomendo essa loja se precisar fazer encomenda pois não se responsabilizam pelo atraso na entrega.
I placed an order for lenses and I was given a deadline and it was not met, I went to the store after that date and was informed that the supplier did not deliver on time, I was asked for another 2 days, I returned to the site and they asked me nothing one more day I called to not go there and miss the trip and I was told that my order had not arrived, on the call I requested the cancellation and refund of the money, after a few more days I went to the store again and was informed that I could not cancel it. I was paid, I went to the procom to claim my rights, at first I was treated well, when I wanted to cancel the order I was very badly treated. I finally received my order after 10 days. I do not recommend this store if you need to place an order as they are not responsible for late delivery.
