★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre entendi que o atendimento ao cliente só é perfeito quando o atende em todas das etapas. Eu e minha família sempre fomos clientes da Oticas Carol, mais recentemente procuramos atendimento na Loja do Castelo, que por ser perto de casa, nos atendia melhor.
A minha última experiência tem sido de chateação. Investi um valor considerável na compra de dois óculos e não tenho recebido o respeito que entendo merecer. Quando comprei, fui atendido pelo Caio, um cara muito gentil, soube me orientar na melhor compra e me ajudou a escolher o melhor tipo de lente que se aplica a minha necessidade. Após fechado, foi-me prometido 15 dias (em torno de) para entrega dos óculos. Quando completou 14 dias liguei para saber se estava dentro do programado (ou adiantado, como havia a possibilidade), fiquei sabendo que ela ja estava com o montador......talvez terça feira a tarde fique pronto!!!! Quarta feira liguei...e adivinhe!!! estava ainda com o tal montador......seria mais provável sexta feira.......
Vamos lá, também sou comerciante, atendo clientes e prometo para eles que no dia e hora tal ele terá o seu serviço entregue....e assim faço a dezoito anos......Como cliente, sugiro que se a Ótica Carol está com muito serviço, o que causa atraso na entrega, não faça a venda ou contrate mais profissionais para honrar com a sua imagem que está sendo construída ....é muito chato esse discurso que está com o montador, no setor tal.......RESPEITO ao cliente......#muitochateado
I have always understood that customer service is only perfect when it serves you at every stage. My family and I have always been customers of Oticas Carol, more recently we looked for assistance at Loja do Castelo, which, being close to home, served us better.
My last experience has been one of annoyance. I invested a considerable amount in the purchase of two glasses and I have not received the respect I believe I deserve. When I bought it, I was served by Caio, a very kind guy, who knew how to guide me in the best purchase and helped me choose the best type of lens that fits my needs. After closing, I was promised 15 days (around) for delivery of the glasses. When she completed 14 days I called to know if she was on schedule (or ahead, as there was a possibility), I learned that she was already with the assembler......maybe Tuesday afternoon it will be ready!!!! Wednesday I called...and guess what!!! I was still with that assembler......it would be more likely Friday.......
Come on, I'm also a merchant, I serve clients and I promise them that on the day and time he'll have his service delivered....and I've been doing this for eighteen years......As a client, I suggest that if Ótica Carol you have a lot of service, which causes a delay in delivery, do not make the sale or hire more professionals to honor your image that is being built .... this speech that is with the assembler, in such a sector, is very boring.. ..... RESPECT for the customer...... #very upset
