★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendem o produto, dizem que vão entrar em contato pra avisar que está pronto, passam 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 dias e nada. Você, na boa vontade, tenta ligar lá pra ter alguma informação e simplesmente NÃO ATENDEM O TELEFONE. Não recomendo pra ninguém. Lixo total.
 They sell the product, say they will contact you to let them know it is ready, spend 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 days and nothing. You willingly try to call there for some information and simply DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I do not recommend it to anyone. Total waste.

Justificativa da gerente: em respeito ao cliente que está sentado na loja não atendemos o telefone, tentei argumentar que era pos vendas, mas essa loja ignora a qualidade no pós venda. E

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei fazer um óculos bi focal no dia 19 de fevereiro de 2018, prazo para entrega de até 15 dias, a vendedora disse assim que chegasse ligaria avisando, como não recebi nenhuma ligação avisando venceu os 15 dias úteis fui na loja, e feio um óculos horrível com uma lente fundo de garrafa, disse que não usaria aquilo pois não tinha nada haver .
Ficaram com o óculos dizendo que mandaria para diminuir a lente.
Passando mais 10 dias isto no dia 14 de março me ligaram avisando que meu óculos havia chegado sem garantia do que foi recusado.
Não retirei o óculos e até hoje dia 30 de março não me deram retorno sobre o óculos. Difícil avaliar o serviço e atendimento!!!
Sent to a focal bi glasses on February 19, 2018, deadline for up to 15 days, the seller said when he arrived'd call warning you, as I did not receive any connection warning won the 15 days I was in the store, and an ugly glasses horrible with a lens background bottle, he said he would not use it because it had nothing to do.
They stayed with sunglasses saying that he would send to decrease the lens.
Going on from this 10 days on March 14 called me telling you that my glasses had come with no guarantee of what was refused.
I not removed the glasses and even today March 30 did not give me feedback on the glasses. Difficult to assess the service and care !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meus óculos eram pra ficar prontos em uma data específica informada no dia do pagamento, porém estou até o presente momento sem meus óculos depois de 20 dias do seu pagamento e quando tento entrar em contato, não atendem nem telefone, nem WhatsApp. Complicado fazer negócios assim.
É lamentável.
My glasses were supposed to be ready on a specific date informed on the day of payment, but I am currently without my glasses after 20 days of payment and when I try to contact, they do not answer neither phone nor WhatsApp. Complicated doing business like that.
It is unfortunate.
