Meu filho quebrou a armação do óculos dele após um acidente.. fui comprar outra não tinha na loja.. pediu pra eu esperar 7 dias, porque iria pedir no estoque.. passou os 7 dias e nada, veio com um popo que a loja de estoque estava fechado pra reforma.. só quem usa óculos sabe a necessidade de que tudo se resolva logo.... Resumindo, foi uma perda de tempo... Tiver que marcar um oftalmo pra pegar outra receita, e fazer a comprar de um outro óculos... Nunca mais piso nessa ótica .. não recomendo... E nem é tipo o barato saiu cara sabe... Não não ... O caro saiu caro mesmo ...
The worst possible... It's a waste of customer service after the purchase... My son broke the frame of his glasses after an accident.. I went to buy another one, they didn't have it in the store.. he asked me to wait 7 days, because he would ask for it at the store. stock.. 7 days passed and nothing, came with a popo that the stock store was closed for renovation.. only those who wear glasses know the need for everything to be resolved soon.... In short, it was a waste of time. .. Having to book an ophthalmologist to get another prescription, and buy another eyeglasses... I'll never step into that optician again .. I don't recommend it... And it's not like the cheap came out expensive, you know... No no . .. The expensive one was really expensive ...
